- Is there really only one plan?
- Yes. One flat fee covers the owner and up to ten team members, each with their own role, and 3,000 messages a month for the whole business. Every feature is switched on from day one — there is nothing to upgrade to and nothing held back.
- How does the 3,000 messages a month work?
- Every message you or your team send Hey Patrice, and every reply it sends back, counts as one. Three thousand is about a hundred a day across the whole business — far more than a working owner uses. Briefings, reminders and the documents Hey Patrice produces for you do not count against it.
- How does the free trial work?
- Fourteen days free with 500 messages included, whichever runs out first. No card is taken up front. Everything you record during the trial stays exactly where it is when you subscribe.
- What is the $69 for?
- It is the platform fee for the software, AI, Vault and every feature, for the whole business. WhatsApp messages you send and receive are billed separately by Meta to your own WhatsApp account. We do not mark them up.
- What happens if we run out?
- Nothing shuts off mid-job. We tell you when you are close, and again when you cross the line. If you genuinely need more, extra bundles are 1,000 messages for $10. Most businesses never buy one.
- Why cap it at all?
- Because Hey Patrice runs on the strongest reasoning model available, not a cheap one. That is what stops it repeating itself and forgetting what you said. A real allowance keeps that quality affordable at one flat fee instead of forcing tiers on you.
- Whose WhatsApp number do my customers message?
- Yours. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number once in the Vault — Meta's own window, about ten minutes — and from then on your customers message YOUR number and Hey Patrice answers in your business name. Meta bills your own account for your messages at its standard rates; we never mark them up. Important: the number must be brand-new and never used on WhatsApp. A number that already has a WhatsApp account — even if that account was deleted — cannot be connected. You will need a new SIM or number.
- Does the price change by country?
- No. $69 a month, in USD, in every country we serve. Nobody pays a different rate for the same product — ever.
- What is the Founding Member rate?
- The first fifty businesses that go live keep their launch rate for as long as they stay subscribed, even after the list price goes up.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly cancels any time. Annual gives you two months free and is refundable in the first 30 days of the subscription.
- What is not included?
- WhatsApp messaging costs billed by Meta to your own account, payment processing fees if you collect through a card gateway, and any local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) that apply where you trade.
