- How do I get Patrice's attention?
- Start the message with “Hey Patrice”. Same idea as “Hey Siri” or “Alexa” — it's the wake word, except it works in typed WhatsApp text as well as voice notes. Once you're mid-conversation you can keep talking normally; you only need it to open a new one.
- Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
- No new number needed. Message Patrice from the phone you already have — you're running in minutes. Later, if you want customers messaging your own branded line, you bring a dedicated number that isn't already registered on WhatsApp and Patrice handles the Meta setup for you. Approval is Meta's decision, not ours, and the setup fee is only charged after they approve.
- Do I have to install anything?
- No. Patrice lives in WhatsApp, the app you already have open. The Vault is a web page you can open when you want to see everything at once — most owners open it once a week.
- Can I talk instead of type?
- Yes. Voice notes work the same as text, in the way you actually speak. Say “Hey Patrice” to start, then just talk — no other special words or commands.
- What if it gets something wrong?
- Anything involving money can be undone for 15 minutes with one word. Anything Patrice isn't confident about, it asks you first instead of guessing.
- Who can see my numbers?
- Only your business. Every record is locked to your account at the database level, and the Vault only ever shows your own rows.
- What does it cost?
