Privacy Policy

Patrice is a product of Alpha Lab Technology. Alpha Lab Technology is a subsidiary of Genesis Global Investment LLC, its parent company. In these documents “we”, “us” and “our” mean Alpha Lab Technology, acting as part of the Genesis Global Investment LLC group.

Alpha Lab Technology is the controller of the account information described below. For the business records you create inside Patrice — your customers, staff and suppliers — you are the controller and we act as your processor.

Account details you give during onboarding: your name, business name, what you sell, your address and city, the countries you trade in, your email address and your WhatsApp number.

Content you send to Patrice: messages, voice notes, photographs of receipts and stock, and documents such as contracts and invoices.

Records created from that content: ledger entries, customer and supplier profiles, invoices, quotes, appointments, stock levels, payroll entries and notes.

Technical data needed to run and secure the service: sign-in events, message delivery status, error logs, and approximate country derived from your IP address for regional pricing.

If you connect an optional Google account, we access only the calendar and mail scopes you approve, and only to perform the actions you ask for.

To provide the service you asked for: recording your money, producing documents, sending messages on your instruction, reminding you about what is due, and answering your questions. To bill you, to support you, to keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business records to advertise to you or to anyone else.

We use service providers under contract: WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, our cloud database and hosting provider for storage and application hosting, AI providers for generating responses and reading documents, and a speech-to-text provider for voice notes. They process data only to deliver these functions for us.

Because these providers operate internationally, your information may be processed outside the country you trade in.

Each business’s records are isolated at the database level and are only readable by that business’s own account and the staff it invites. Staff see only what their role allows.

We keep your records while your account is active so your books stay complete. When you close your account we delete or de-identify your data, except where we must keep something to meet a legal, tax or accounting obligation, or to resolve a dispute.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your account, or object to a particular use. Message us on WhatsApp +592 705 7505 or email legal@alphalabtechnology.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

You can also disconnect optional integrations, remove staff members, and stop messaging Patrice at any time.

Patrice is for business use by adults. It is not intended for children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the Vault or by message.
