Acceptable Use Policy

Patrice is a product of Alpha Lab Technology. Alpha Lab Technology is a subsidiary of Genesis Global Investment LLC, its parent company. In these documents “we”, “us” and “our” mean Alpha Lab Technology, acting as part of the Genesis Global Investment LLC group.

This policy applies to everyone who uses Patrice, including staff you invite.

Only message people who have a genuine business relationship with you or who asked to hear from you. No bulk marketing to purchased or scraped lists. Stop messaging anyone who asks you to stop.

You must also follow WhatsApp’s business messaging policies. They apply on top of ours.

Do not use Patrice to commit fraud, launder money, evade tax, impersonate another business or person, or to trade in anything illegal where you operate. Do not upload malware, try to break the service, probe other tenants’ data, or reverse engineer the platform.

Do not upload content you have no right to share, or sensitive personal information about third parties that your business does not legitimately need.

Do not present Patrice’s drafts as legal, accounting or tax advice, and do not use the document tools to produce misleading invoices, receipts or contracts.

Accounts are for one business. Do not resell access or share one account across separate businesses. Extreme or automated volumes that degrade the service may be rate limited.

We may warn, rate limit, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and we may act immediately where the messaging channel or another user is at risk. Report abuse to legal@alphalabtechnology.com.
