Billing & Refunds

Patrice is a product of Alpha Lab Technology. Alpha Lab Technology is a subsidiary of Genesis Global Investment LLC, its parent company. In these documents “we”, “us” and “our” mean Alpha Lab Technology, acting as part of the Genesis Global Investment LLC group.

Charges appear from Alpha Lab Technology or its payment processor.

New businesses start with a free trial and no card required. Near the end of the trial we tell you what happens next. If you do not subscribe, the account moves to read-only: your records stay intact and viewable, but Patrice stops creating new ones until you subscribe.

After the trial, Patrice is a recurring subscription per business, billed in advance for each period. The current plans, prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing page before you pay.

Prices differ by region. The price you pay is based on where your business actually operates, which we verify against the country of the payment card used. Attempting to obtain a lower regional price from a country you do not operate in is a breach of the Terms of Service.

Optional extras — such as a dedicated WhatsApp business number — carry their own fees, shown before you request them. Where an add-on depends on approval by a third party such as Meta, the fee is charged only if that approval is granted; approval is their decision, not ours.

Prices exclude any taxes or duties that apply where you operate, unless we state otherwise. Bank or card conversion charges are between you and your bank.

If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. Continued non-payment moves the account to read-only and, after a further period, to closure in line with the Terms of Service.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period runs to its end. Because a free trial is offered before any charge, paid periods already used are generally non-refundable. Where a charge is clearly wrong — a duplicate, or a renewal after a cancellation we failed to apply — contact us and we will correct it.
